Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
    If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, in part or in whole, kindly EMAIL ONLY describing your issue(s), and we will gladly assist you. 
Depending on the item(s) and issue(s), your return may qualify for free shipping.

When a return/refund/exchange is made, we often contact the buyer for as much detail as possible, as we do not automatically offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds. If the buyer does not respond to our message after one week, we close the request after 24 hours in most cases, unless item(s) is verified as lost during shipment.
Any error or damage on our part, warrants full refund and return shipping costs. Any error on buyer's part, warrants only a refund for the cost of the item not including any shipping cost, provided are items are returned in no worse condition then when received by customer.
All Exchanges subject to item cost differences.
When we send a pre-paid mailing label, we give 1 week for the customer to use the label after which we cancel the label and customer must pay return shipping. This is to avoid paying for un-used return labels.

    Choice Paper Company ships merchandise to locations within the contiguous United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Choice Paper Company ships to all International destinations.  




     Warehouse pick-up is customer scheduled. Free delivery on purchases of $250.00 or more with-in a 25 mile radius of 807 East 42nd Street Brooklyn, New York 11210 is customer scheduled as well. Please contact us at anytime of day or night (including an invoice number) or (718) 434-0303 (8 A.M - 5 P.M. M-TH and 8 A.M. - 3 P.M. Friday EST) to arrange exact pick-up or delivery time. For additional options regarding free delivery (i.e. you have a very large order outside of our 25 mile radius) please contact us.



If customer selects UPS services, in-stock orders will be shipped same business day if ordered before 4:15 P.M. Monday-Thursday; 3:30 P.M. on Friday 
If customer selects UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, in-stock orders will likely be shipped out same business day if ordered before 12:00 P.M.
Out-of-stock orders will be shipped next business day if ordered before 4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday.
Out-of-stock items ordered after 4:30 P.M., Saturday-Sunday, or Holidays*, will be shipped in 2 business days.
Please note: Multiple item orders containing items out-of-stock, will likely follow out-of-stock policies.


      Once shipped, Standard Domestic (50 States and all U.S. Territories) USPS delivery times typically vary between 1-4 days (except Sunday) depending on destination and size of item(s). International USPS delivery times vary between 1-10 days (except Sunday). For more information visit
